Why do I receive the Sage Cover subscription renewal invoice from Sage Software ?
Sage Software is implementing a new billing process to all Sage Cover subscribers, in which customers are billed directly effective from 01 October 2012.

Can I still make payment to my dealer ?
Yes, you can remit the payment to the business partner. This process will take approximately 3 business days. If the said payment is not received by Sage within the time frame, the customers are liable to a penalty of 20%.

How to print Sage Cover Certificate ?
You can now print it within Sage UBS Ultimate and its latest version.


How long do I need to wait for the Sage Cover Certificate to be ready ?
You can expect the Sage Cover Certificate available for printing within 2 business days after you have send the complete renewal documentation to Sage Software via fax at 04-733 2476 or email at info@kazturi.com.


Can I use internet banking to make payment ?

Why does Sage Software implement Auto Subscription Renewal system ?
Sage Software implements the new billing system for more efficient and effective processes in order for all Sage Cover subscribers to continue enjoy the Sage Cover Benefit e.g. online update, mobile license etc, without interruption.

Can I renew my Sage Cover for 3 years even though the Renewal Invoice stated as 1 year ?

Can I reduce the concurrent users since I do not require that many as indicate in your invoice ?

Can I choose not to renew Sage Cover Plan ?
Sage Cover plan is optional to you. If you choose not to renew, you will lose all the benefits and values e.g. online update, mobile license*. You can find the full details of the Sage Cover on www.sage.my

How many times of re-issuance will I be entitled to ?
If you are an Active Sage Cover Subscriber, you can have up to 3 times complimentary re-issuance annually, Subsequent re-issuance request, an administrative fee of RM 200 applies.
